“LOVE. TEARS. MANIFESTO”
A concert by Tina Karol as part of her nationwide Ukrainian tour in support of the anniversary album “Love. Tears. Manifesto,” dedicated to the 20th anniversary of her creative journey.
At the heart of the three-hour show are 33 hits from the new album — songs that over the years have become the soundtracks of those in love, the soundtracks to the destinies of millions of people, and personal emotional landmarks of different periods in the singer’s life.
This is a chance to return to your memories, to feel them anew and to relive your finest moments together with your beloved singer. An evening in which love, tears and the strength of inner choice take on living sound.
The new album “Love. Tears. Manifesto” brings together Tina Karol’s most famous songs. A separate part of the release consists of 13 hits that were known in Russian and that, for the first time on the album and in concert, will be presented in Ukrainian. These are not literal translations, but fully reimagined works.
“Poles,” “Little Night,” “I’ll Ask the Sky,” “Let Go,” “Life Goes On,” “Finding Your Own,” “You’ll Always Have Time to Give Up,” “I Remember,” “Above the Clouds,” “I Love Him,” “Now I Know” now sound in Ukrainian.
“Songs are never born as a task or a concept — they always begin with feelings. Reimagining the songs in Ukrainian became a natural continuation of inner inspiration,” says Tina Karol.
“Love, for me, is a feeling that obeys no laws of gravity and knows no bounds in time. We feel it just as strongly for those who are near and for those who are no longer with us. Tears are not weakness, but an honest expression of the full spectrum of emotions that passes through a person. A manifesto cannot be written on purpose — it appears when you speak the truth. This album and this concert are about honesty and about the strength to stay true to yourself and your principles. My manifesto is made of love, tears and the strength of personality,” Tina adds.
